GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The offer and sale of products on the StillMore.it website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on Stillmore.it and accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding. Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with the purchase.

  1. How to conclude a purchase contract on Stillmore.it

1.1

To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on Stillmore.it, you will have to complete the order procedure on the site in all its parts and confirm payment for the same via one of the payment methods indicated in the "payments" section.

1.2

  • By proceeding with the purchase and completing the order procedure, you accept the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the right of withdrawal, which can be consulted in the Terms and Conditions Section. We will provide you with a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered with the relative price, the delivery methods of the purchased products, shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Stillmore.it will also provide you, in the terms and conditions section, with a summary of the conditions and methods for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products; an indication of the circumstances in which you will lose the right to withdraw from the contract; the existence of the legal guarantee of conformity of the products; the contact details of our after-sales assistance service.

1.3

The contract is concluded when Stillmore.it receives your order electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the same.

1.4

The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law.

1.5

Once the contract is concluded, Stillmore.it will take charge of your purchase order.

1.6

StillMore may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract is not concluded and that StillMore has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on stillmore.it are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or after sending the order form, StillMore will notify you promptly and in any case within 96 hours from the moment in which you have sent your order to stillmore.it the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In this case, Stillmore will immediately refund you what you have already paid and the contract will be considered terminated between the parties.

By electronically transmitting the order, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in relations with StillMore, these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on stillmore.it.

By electronically transmitting the order, you confirm that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the further information contained on stillmore.it in the terms and conditions section.

1.9

Once the contract is concluded, Stillmore will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the general conditions of sale and the summary document on the right of withdrawal.

1.10

We remind you that the product you purchase is intended exclusively for the country in which you place the order; therefore, if you decide to enter the product into a different country, you are responsible for the entry and are required to follow the applicable regulations and restrictions both for export from the country where you purchased the item and for importation into the country where you intend to take it.

StillMore hereby declines any responsibility in this regard.

  1. Guarantees and indication of product prices

2.1

On stillmore.it only original, top quality products are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly by StillMore from fashion houses, manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.

2.2

StillMore does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.

2.3

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on stillmore.it within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on stillmore.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

2.4

Product prices may be subject to updates. Check the final sales price before submitting the relevant order form.

2.5

Still More, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return or not to fully refund the sums paid for the purchase in relation to those products which are not provided with the relevant tag, which have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or which have been damaged. The product packaging is considered an integral part of the product and must therefore be made intact.

2.6

If during delivery of the goods you notice that the package is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, ask the courier to accept the package with RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE and then contact our customer service providing photos and more details. In the event that the courier does not allow you to accept the package with reservation, we ask you not to accept it and report the incident to our customer service.

In the event that the order is accepted without reservation for a damaged package, StillMore will not be responsible for any damage to an item inside the damaged and withdrawn package.

3.1

To pay the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order procedure. In no case will you be charged costs higher than those actually incurred by StillMore in relation to the payment instrument you have chosen.

3.2

In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, from your to our Bank (or other financial institutions partnered with StillMore) which provides the related remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to have access to them in any way. Furthermore, this information will never be used by StillMore except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any product returns, following exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary. prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on stillmore.it.

4.1

Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information contained therein forms an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are considered to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.

6.1

StillMore intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items, excluding shipping costs. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase , unworn items can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Underwear, swimsuits and accessories such as dog beds can not be returned.

6.2 RETURNS CONDITIONS To send one or more returns to StillMore, the Customer is required to respect precise conditions:A) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.B) - The items must necessarily returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately. C) - All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article. D) - All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to be in all respects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging. E) - Returns of underwear, swimsuits and accessories will not be accepted. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, StillMore reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

6.3 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

  • To request return authorization, you must send an email to coustumerservice@stillmore.it indicating the order number, the items to be returned and the type of compensation desired. Once the procedure has been completed, it will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and the instructions to follow to return the goods.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order and the shipment of the same after a maximum of 2 days from the moment of receipt of the return documentation.
  • All returned items will be inspected by StillMore staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure

  • TYPES OF COMPENSATION

  1. Changing sizeIt is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item , if available. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure.
  2. Store Credit As soon as the return is received and processed, the customer will be sent a code for the total value of the returned items, excluding shipping costs, to be used for subsequent purchases. The store credit:
  • it can only be used once within 3 months from the time of return
  • cannot be combined with other Store Credits
  • must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.

RefundThe refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the StillMore warehouses and the garments have been verified.For orders paid with Paypal, or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase , excluding shipping costs. Any differences in amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by stillmore.it, he is required to follow the same instructions above. Stillmore.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises. Stillmore.it also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or otherwise do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns will in any case involve a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

6.6 THE COSTS OF THE RETURN PROCEDURES:

In the case of a size change, replacement or total refund, the costs of return shipping are borne by the customer and are deducted from the final refund. In the case of a new return with reference to the same order, the shipping and return costs will always be without any exception, at the customer's expense.
